1 Hour Private Badge Class for your Troop
- During this 1 Hour creative and hands-on meeting, reserved just for your Troop, Girl Scout Daisy, Brownie or Junior Level, will explore key art concepts such as color theory, composition, and different artistic styles. Through fun and engaging art projects, they will put these ideas into practice, creating their own original works of art. By the end of the session, they’ll have completed all the necessary steps to proudly earn one of their Art Badges!
Booking Your Class:
- Inquiry Form : Submit the inquiry form below at least 1 month prior to requested class date.
- Select Badge: Please include the badge you will earning.
- Email Response: We will respond to confirm date & time availability within 1-2 business days.
- Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your deposit will be credited towards the balance of your event.
Class Dates & Times
- Class Length: 1 Hour Class
- 50 Min Art / 10 Min Snack
- Please be courteous of your meeting time, as there may be classes before or after.
- Extending your Class Time: +30 min ($50) advanced booking required.
- Availability: Weekday late afternoons (after school) or evenings. Contact us for availability.
- Reschedule: Classes may be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice.
- Cancellation Policy: Classes that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be responsible for entire balance of class.
What's Included:
- Class Size: Minimum class size is 6 & the maximum amount of attendees is 20.
- Cost: is $20 per attendee (Tax Exempt)
- Instructional & Art Materials: are provided by Confetti's. Scouts are welcome to take home everything they make during class!
- Scout Badges not included
- Final Payment is due at completion of class. Please collect class fees from your troop and pay for class in one payment via online invoice link, by check or cash. Thank you!
Troop Leaders & Drop-off
- Troop Leader/Adult Supervision: 1 Adult is required to stay for the entirety of class for groups of 6-10. 2 Adults are required to stay for groups of 11-20.
- Drop-off & Pick-up: Participants may be dropped off for class. Parents are encouraged to walk their child into class for drop-off and to pick up their child inside the studio at the end of class. For safety, participants will not be permitted to run to cars in the lot.
One Week Prior to Class
- Final Headcount Confirmation: is due 1 week prior to your class date. This is the number your invoice will reflect.
- Event Confirmation Form & Invoice will be provided upon headcount confirmation.
- Participation Waivers & Photo Release: online waiver link will be provided to scout leaders to share with their troop members to submit prior to class. Hard copies also available in studio.
- Final Payment is due at completion of class.
