Kid's Birthday Packages : Let's Celebrate!

Thank you for your interest in hosting your next event at Confetti's! To start planning your event please scroll down to see all of our creative event packages & submit the event inquiry form. 

Birthday Details & Information:

Children's Birthday Details:

  • Event Length: Events are 2 hours in total length. This time is broken up into 15 minutes welcoming your guests, 1 hour of creative project time, 30 minutes of celebration time, 15 minutes wrap -up. Please note celebrations for younger guests, preschool aged, or those that are not serving food, may run 90 minutes in total length.

 

  • Weekend Celebration Times:  

Friday Evenings 5-7pm (6-8pm upon request)

Saturday 11am-1pm, 3-5pm or 4-6pm

Sunday 11am-1pm 

  • The studio hosts one event at a time and is not open to the public for the duration of your event. 


  • Party Size: Our party packages are based on a rate that includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. The maximum number of guests the studio can comfortably accommodate is 20. Guests can be added on to each package at a per/guest rate. Parties of 11-20 guests require an additional party attendant and a fee of $65. 


  • Deposit: a $100 Non-Refundable deposit is due at time of booking and is credited towards your event balance. This reserves your date and time. 


  • Confirmation: final guest count is due 7 days before the event, your event balance is based on this number.  At this time you will receive an emailed Event Confirmation Form outlining your project selections, guest count confirmation & event balance.


  • Payment: final payment for your event balance is due at the completion of your event. A personalized link will be provided to you in the same email as your Event Confirmation Form that you may use to purchase your event online. If you wish to pay another way, please let us know.


  • Safety & photo release:  Please share this link to our waiver with your party guests prior to the event.                 https://confettiscreateandcelebrate.com/waivers-%26-release-forms  . In addition, guests must be check-in at start of party.


  • Cancellation policy: We request 48 hour notification if you wish to reschedule your party. For events cancelled within 48 hour window, the full-cost of event based on 7 day confirmation guest count, will be charged.  If Confetti's has to reschedule your party, we will reach out with advanced notice and work to find you a new date.


  • Drop-off or Stay at Event:  An adult party host must be present at the event. Based on the age of the party attendees and the nature of the project selected, caregivers may wish to stay or drop-off. Suggested age for dropping off is 7+. Suggested age for a caregiver to stay at the party is  6 and under. *Please see safety & organization for studio policies.


  • For safety & organization: Only invited children/party guests actively participating in the projects should remain in the craft area during the event. Adults are welcome to stay in the front of the studio lounge area. If your child is preschool-aged or needs your assistance you may help them seated at the art tables. Children not participating must be supervised by an adult at at all times. Please no running or wrestling.


  • Location:  Confetti's is located at 314 St Rt 94 South, Warwick. We are in the same mall as Sneakers to Boots, WV Appliances & across the street from Warwick General Rental, Retro Modern & REFORM Lab. There is a large parking lot in the front of Confetti's to accommodate all guests.

What's Included & Party Host Checklist

Confetti's Provides:

  • Matching  themed tablecloths for craft tables and party table.
  • Designated party table for host to set up food, drinks, gifts etc.
  • Sparkly Backdrop and Happy Birthday Banner for photos
  • Playlist selected by the birthday guest of honor
  • Assistance in setting up any additional decorations for the party
  • All art project materials. Each guest goes home with everything they have created at the party! 
  • A fun and inviting space to creatively celebrate your special day! 



Party Host Checklist: Items you may bring to your party 

  • Food: Pizza, sandwiches, bagels etc. *Please note we do not have kitchen access to refrigerate or heat up food items. 
  • Cake or cupcakes
  • Water, juice boxes, drinks for your guests
  • For safety, please refrain from bringing hot liquids or alcoholic beverages to children's celebrations.
  • Paper goods, platters, plates, napkins, cups, utensils
  • Candles, lighter or matches
  • Balloons or decorations
  • Goodie bags



Day Of Party Schedule: Important Please Read 


  • Party host may arrive 15 minutes prior to start of the party to set up and welcome guests. 


  • Party flow: to keep the party running smoothly (and your food hot!) party schedule will be discussed ahead of time.  Suggested flow is welcome guests, pizza/food, art & craft project time, clean up, birthday cake & celebration, parent pick up. (Closest pizza to Confetti's is Luca's of Warwick by Shoprite.) 


  • *Please let us know if you are not planning to serve food so that we may plan accordingly. 


  • Food & drinks may not be served at craft tables during project time.


  • Party host is responsible for serving food to their guests & cleaning up party table and disposing of garbage in provided bins.


  • Please be considerate of the designated start  and end time of your event.  As there may be multiple events in one day and adequate time is needed in between to properly prepare the space for all guests. 


  • If additional time is needed,  arrangements must be made and booked in advance.
