Classes, Events and Camps hosted by Confetti's : No refunds or credits for classes, events or camps. All sales final. If you know you will miss a part of a series ahead of time, a makeup class or time may be arranged to complete work, based on availability, not guaranteed. 

Workshops hosted by Creative Partners: Confetti's is unable to process payment, take registration or offer refunds for outside vendor classes. Please be aware of payment & cancellation policies of each individual vendor and contact them should you not be able to attend.
