Party Policy & Details

Event Dates and Times

  • Event Length: Events are 90 minutes in total length. 1 hour of creative project time, 20 minutes of celebration time, 10 minutes of pick-up and clean up time.


  • Celebration Times:  
  • Friday Evenings: 5:30-7:00pm
  • Saturday: 11:00am-12:30pm
  • Saturday: 2:00pm-3:30pm
  • Saturday: 5:00-6:30pm
  • Sunday: by request based on availability
  • Weekdays: by request based on availability


  • Exclusive Space: The studio hosts one event at a time and is not open to the public for the duration of your event. 


  • Please be considerate of the designated start  and end time of your event.  As there may be multiple events in one day and adequate time is needed in between to properly prepare the space for all guests.  
  • You may arrive 15 Minutes Before your scheduled start time & stay up to 15 Minutes after your scheduled end time to gather up gifts and supplies.


  • Extending your Party: Extra event time ($100 /half hour) and add-on project stations (please see Event Add-ons Page) can be accommodated with advanced notice and must be reserved at the time of booking. 

Guest Count:

  • A guest is any invited individual, confirmed in the headcount,  who is seated at the party table and will be completing an art project and requires supplies during the party.
  • Art materials are prepared per guest prior to the party
  • Base Party Package Pricing is designed and priced for up to 10 kids, including the birthday child.
  • Additional Guests, up to 20, can be added at an individual per guest fee to any package.


If an unconfirmed guests arrives day of the party:

  • It is not guaranteed materials will be available to accommodate extra guests
  • If supplies are available, you will be asked if you would like to add them at an additional fee
  • your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the new headcount
  • this includes siblings of invited guests that are present and request projects day of


If a confirmed guest cannot attend on the day of the party: 

  • Please let us know and we can prepare a take home kit for you to bring home for them.

Booking Your Party & Payment Schedule

Booking:

  • Submit event inquiry, inquiry will be answered by email in timely manner (1-2 bus. days)
  • Agree on Date/Time 
  • $250 Nonrefundable Deposit due at booking to hold your date 
  • Deposit is credited towards your party balance.
  • Acknowledgement of Party Policy is Due at booking.
  • Dates on the calendar remain available until secured with a deposit & policy acknowledgement received.


Payment Schedule:

  • At time of booking: $250 Deposit and Acknowledgement is due to hold date/time.
  • 7 Days Before Your Event: Guest Count is Due 
  • Day of Event: Final Balance for Party is due at conclusion of your event. 
  • Invoice: You will receive a detailed invoice with payment schedule by email.
  • **If any revisions were made to your party day-of (extra guests etc.) you will receive a revised invoice due the day of event.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation policy:

  •  8 days or more before event: will not incur any fees beyond original deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of party date are responsible for entire party balance. 
  • 7 Days is 7 Full Calendar days prior to your party, not counting the actual party date - If you party is on a Saturday, your 7 Day Count is the Saturday prior.


Rescheduling: 

  • If you wish to reschedule your party, please notify us as soon as possible to find a new date.
  • Each party is granted 1 reschedule 
  • After 1 reschedule, party process must be initiated from the beginning.

Confetti's Provides:

  • A Boutique Birthday experience with custom themes, decor and art projects.
  • Matching  themed tablecloths for craft tables and party table.
  • Designated party table for host to set up food, drinks, gifts etc.
  • Sparkly Backdrop and Happy Birthday Banner for photos.
  • Festive party music for the duration of the event.
  • A front of studio lounge area for parents & caregivers.
  • All art project materials and instruction for your selected package.
  • Each guest goes home with everything they have created at the party! 
  • A fun and inviting space to creatively celebrate your special day! 
  • Confetti's does not provide, sell or arrange food, drinks, paper goods or candles. 
  • We do not have kitchen access, cannot heat or chill food. Coolers welcome.

What to bring? Use our Party Host Checklist for easy planning!

Party Host Checklist: 

Items you may bring to your party 

  • Food: Pizza, bagels, cake, cupcakes, cookies, fruit etc.
  • Drinks: Water, juice boxes. NO hot liquids or alcoholic beverages allowed at kids events.
  • Serving Pieces: Paper goods, platters, plates, napkins, cups, utensils.
  • Celebration time is 30 minutes, please plan food accordingly.
  • Balloons or table decorations (optional) Cannot attach to walls or furniture.
  • Goodie bags optional, all guests take home their creations!
  • We do not have kitchen access to refrigerate or heat food items. 
  • Coolers are welcome.
  • Large bags to easily bring home presents.
  • Party host is responsible for serving food to their guests.
  • Please aid in cleaning up party table and disposing of garbage in provided bins. 


Party Flow:

  • Party host may arrive 15 minutes prior to start of the party to set up and welcome guests.
  •  Party host may stay 15 minutes after the party to pack up and gather supplies
  • Party Timing: Welcome guests, art & craft project time, clean up, birthday cake & celebration, parent pick up, clean up and gather gifts and supplies. 


Drop-off & Pick-up

Drop-off or Stay at Event:  

  • One adult party host must be present at the event. 
  • Based on the age of the party attendees and the nature of the project selected, caregivers may wish to stay or drop-off.  Suggested age for dropping off is 5+. 
  • Suggested age for a caregiver to stay at the party is 4 and under. 


Waiver & photo release: 

  • Must be completed by all guests and/or guardians prior to participation in party or event.
  •  Waivers available via link from your party host, on our website, or hard copy at studio.


Parking Lot:

  • Adults, please drop off and pick up your children inside the studio. 
  • Children will not be allowed to run to their parents car in the parking lot. 

Studio Safety

Safety & organization: 

  • Only invited children/party guests actively participating in the projects should remain in the craft area during the event. 
  • Adults are welcome to stay in the front of the studio lounge area. 
  • If your child needs your assistance you are welcome to help them seated at the art tables. 
  • Please avoid crowding close to craft tables, as the staff need space to pass out supplies.
  • Children not participating must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
  • Please no playing under tables, running or wrestling
